Product overview:
The bag slitting and emptying machine is used for unpacking and
unloading bagged granular materials. The machine is widely used in
automatic bagging and unloading of dry powdered materials in the
fields of chemical, petroleum, building materials, metallurgy,
electricity, food, medicine, food, environmental protection, etc.
It can do automatic bagging and unloading of materials such as
nitrolime, magnesium oxide, quartz sand, limestone, sawdust,
protein powder, activated carbon, milk powder, PVC powder, fly ash,
urea, clay, gypsum, cement, sewage treatment additive powder, etc.
It uses a belt conveyor to automatically feed the bags, a cutting
device to automatically break the bags, a chain conveyor and a
receiving hopper to separate the bag materials, and the materials
fall into the receiving hopper by gravity to complete the bag
dismantling and unloading work. This machine improved the working
environment greatly for workers by unsing its built-in dust removal
device to filter and purify the dust generated during operation.
