Equipment structure:
Weighing mechanism, decoupling device, lifting device, outer frame,
feeding device and clamping mechanism
Workflow:
Put the bulk bag on the clamping mechanism, hang the four corners
of the bag on the hook device and press the "start" button. At this
time, the clamping cylinder starts to work and presses the bag
mouth. The cylinder will open the four corners of the bag. The
controller will automatically remove the weight of the bag. The
feeding mechanism will quickly fill the bag with materials. The
vibration device will start to vibrate the materials in the bag,
and the dust will overflow with the air in the bag When the feeding
speed reaches the set value, the feeding speed will slow down and
increase slowly, and the vibration will stop. When the setting
value is reached, the feeding will stop. The error is less than
0.5%. At this time, the bag pressing cylinder releases the bag
opening, the cylinder releases the four corners of the bag, and the
forklift truck takes the bag away.
